We offer two affordable licensing options for our Fonts. Below arebasic outlines of what each license allows in conjunction with our EULA.The correct license must be purchased for your intended use. We dopolice the correct license usage.Personal Use License:Our personal Use License is designed for students, non-profitorganizations, charities and hobbyists. A Personal Use License enables You to useFonts for your personal, private or non-profit gaining work only. It maynot be used forany form of commercial or client work. This is anythingconsidered to be connected to making gains or representing anIndividual or Company, Brand or Organization.Commercial Use License:Enables You to use the Font Files for commercial or clientwork. The Commercial Use License allows You to create media that willrepresent an individual, company or organization.NOTE: Commercial Use License does not grant the use of Fontsin:Websites as an embedded font file or selectable textMobile ApplicationsVideo GamesE-BooksSoftware and other DevicesNetwork television showsFeature lengthmovies / filmsProducts that are essentiallyletterformsTemplate files for blogs, online stores or website themesIf you wish to use one of our fontsfor any of the above purposes, you must email us to apply for a licenseextension.End User License Agreement / EULAAcknowledgementThis End User License Agreement (EULA) isa legal binding contract between 'You' - the customer and 'Ten Dollar Fonts'. Bypurchasing a License and downloading / installing any FontFiles(OTF and TTF files) licensed from Ten Dollar Fonts Website Youagree that You have fully read, understood and agreed to the terms andconditions of the EULA. If You do notagree to the terms and conditions of theEULA You are not authorized to purchase any Licenses or download, install oruse any Font Files (.OTF and .TTF Files) Ten Dollar Fonts has onthe Website - www.tendollarfonts.com.Upon adding Fonts to you cart andcompleting the checkout process via PayPal, Ten Dollar Fonts supplies You anon-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Font Files on thenumberof workstationsas determined by the number of Licenses You have purchased. One (1)license allows You to install the licensed Font Files on a maximum of 3 workstationsowned by asingle person or company/organization at one (1) singlegeographical location. Font Files are not permitted to be shared via any formof network or server. If You require a License formore than 3 workstationsthen add the corresponding number of licenses to Your cart.You agree to treat the Font Files as ifit is confidential information. You agree not to copy, reproduce, transfer,sell, license, lend, file share, lease or distribute the any Font File downloaded from Ten Dollar Fonts. You agree not to edit, modify, reformat, translate, hack or otherwisediscover the Fonts working file. You agree not to alter the Font Filescopyright notices as contained inthe Font Files code. Any manipulation, violationof use, or Font pirating activity may result in legal action and prosecution. Use and Creation of MediaYou are permitted to install and use the FontFiles for the purpose of creating material displaying Fonts in visual media.The Font Files are to be used to create an embedded(converted to outlines)read-only status digital file or printed material. If necessary with Ten DollarFonts permission, You are permitted to supply Font Files to a printer or aservicecompany for printing or manufacturing of your material if necessary.You acknowledge to ensure the Font Files cannot be found when supplying tothird parties.The creation of physical products oritems for sale or distribution that are essentially letterforms from Fonts is prohibited.Prohibited products include, for example but not limited to,stamps, stencils,temporary tattoos, real tattoos, alphabet stickers, alphabet toys, educationalalphabet products, house numbers, alphabet letters or any words/quotes made from any material. Laserorwater jet cut letters, glass or wall decals or wall art are also prohibited. If You would liketo use a Font for a product in this manner, please email Ten Dollar Fonts topurchase a license extension.Under no circumstances are you allowed to embed or include Fonts into online or mobile applications/websites that allow third parties to use Fonts. For example but not limited to; online book, t-shirt or gift card creation and printing.Mobile Applications, VideoGames, e-Books, Software The use of Fonts licensed from Ten DollarFonts excludes the use in Mobile Applications, Video Games, e-Books, Software,Devices and all other electronic programs or applications. You may not embed or include Fonts in productssuch asApplications for iOS (Apple), Android, Mobile Windows, etc.) VideoGames or Computer Software.We are happy to supply License extensions to allow this. Please email us for more information.Use of Fonts in broadcastingThe use of Fonts licensed from Ten DollarFonts excludes the use in network television shows, movies, broadcasts,documentaries, advertising or cartoons is not permitted.We are happy to supply License extensions to allow this. Please email us for more information.Use of Fonts on the internet The use of Fontson the Internet using products such as @Font-Face, EOT, EOTlite,Flash, sIFR, Cufon, Java, CSS, Typeface.js, or any othertechnologies thatconvert OTF & TTF Font Files to beused on the Internet is not permitted under any circumstances. You are not permitted to use Font Filesembedding into Websites or any web elements. (NOTE: We are working on our WebFont License. Due Nov 2013)You may use static images of text in animage format, for example .PNG. You are not permitted to repackage Fontsas web Fonts or any Font Files within a package to resell or giveaway. For example but not limited to;template packages for e-commerce stores or blog themes.Warranty and RefundsTen Dollar Fonts warrants that the FontFiles will function correctly for a 20 day time period after downloading Font Files. Ifthe Font File does not function correctly You must contact Ten DollarFontswithin 20 days and delete all purchased Font Files and sign a legal documentconfirming You have not retained any additional copies. Note not all computerprograms supportOpenType (OTF files) features. System requirementsfor our Fonts: Apple Mac OSX or Windows 2000/XP/Vista at a minimum. Due to the nature of digital products such as Fonts, we do not offer refunds or store credit for change of mind or incorrect purchases.Ownership and Editing Font FilesFonts on Ten Dollar Fonts are the exclusive property ofthe respective Designers listed on each Fonts products page. Ten Dollar Fontshosts the licensing and distribution on behalf of the respectiveDesignersFonts according to the EULA and private agreements between each Designer. TheFont Files are not sold to You The Customer. Instead Ten Dollar Fontsprovides You theability to purchase a non-exclusive License which allows Youto use Font Files on Your own computer. The Font Files remain property of theirrespective Designers always. Only Ten DollarFonts and the respective Designersare permitted to edit or modify the Font Files licensed on Ten Dollar Fonts.You accept the Font Files are protected by International Copyright Laws.Youare not allowed to copy, redesign or modify any Fonts on Ten Dollar Fonts anddistribute them.GuaranteeTen Dollar Fonts cannot guaranteethe performance or results You may accomplish by using Font Files Licensed fro
